Hi Geoff,

In the last distribution (at least the one in the nightly build), we 
added a "Customize" menu for
"ExtensionManager",  "BeanShell Console" and "BeanTools" plugins.
This menu could be called "Extension", but for now, it is internationalized.
Instead of standardizing or hard coding the menu name, may be we can 
make this menu
available through a specific method like getExtensionMenu() or make a 
special version
of FeatureInstaller to add plugins to this menu.
Would it meet your request ?
