Hello colleague,

i'm not a master of BinDeps, but i think if you can provide the .so (shared 
library), the installation routine should decide you do not need to yum 
download it. As for a installation of gettext and check also the other 
listed entries in deps.jl. On a desktop linux the probability is 99% you 
have the listed items.
