Hi Rajith - You need to run that command on the machine that will host your containers (it doesn't need to be run as root). It configures LXD to listen to HTTPS traffic on port 8443, so that the connection to LXD from the bootstrapped controller (inside the container) will succeed. If you run that command and then bootstrap to LXD it should complete.
