Review Comment: Hm, interesting. I see merits and demerits here. I think the name "segment value" makes more sense from the perspective of the store itself, because this data is literally what's being put into RocksDB segment store as the (RocksDB) value. "Row" could give the false impression of "key and value" though I think that's unlikely.
