After an jenkins Upgrade to version 1.6XXX I've noticed, that those folders, related to default build number/name has been changed in format. Eventually they have had the mentioned format before upgrade, pls. check the jenkins release notes.
But anyway - would you mind to set up functionallity to simply drop/discard old builds? jenkins wouldn't complain about it;.) Did you set up jenkins by your own or did you get e.g. VBox Img. - maybe those folders have had been there before?
