It works for me now as well, though it appears a new version of the structs
plugin was uploaded today.

When I saw the failure, I checked from two different machines, one at my
house (comcast as internet provider), the other at the office (proxied
through a Zscaler at our corporate data center in Santa Clara, CA). It
failed from both those locations at that time and has since been successful
from both those locations. I assume it was some transient propagation
problem in one of the mirrors.
