Should be fixed within an hour or so. The update center is not supposed to publish plugins with invalid wiki URL. That's a rule we introduced last year I think. We had to disable this temporarily in preparation for 2.0 (there was an issue that alpha builds were shown for download in Jenkins, and the version cap option and the wiki URL check are linked), and it wasn't properly reverted again when 2.0 was released. I fixed that last night. Unfortunately the wiki URL for Structs Plugin pointed to an wiki page that didn't exist, so it was delisted by my change.
