Have a look at the "Build Environment" section, particularly at "Properties Content"!
You can make use of environment variables there, and you can assign values to environment variables, but only once per variable. But you can do things like this: PATH1=$HOME/bin:$PATH > PATH=$HOME/shell:$PATH1 Have a look at the online help! (-> "?")
