Just create a multijob and parameterize it. There are a couple of checkboxes that will pass the parameters from the multijob down to the Phases.
The two options are under the advanced option for each Phase. Click the Current job paramters option and under Add Parameters choose Current build parameters. I do not know if you need both of these, but I turned both on in my builds and it works...
