Hi Ed, In my compnay we use internal cloud infra that is based on Cloud Platform(CP). It is very easy to use, but a bit difficult to build and maintain. My Jenkins is on one such VM that is hosted on CP. It works for me well.
Before moving to cloud, if you the infra, why not use Oracle VirtualBox?
