Has anyone had a good experience about moving into the cloud? What are some alternatives?
How hard was it for you to create new VMs using your own Linux ISO images or MSDN Windows ISO images? My IT department is refusing to grant access to vSphere. They want to confine me to remote desktop. Without easy snapshot capability through vSphere the benefits of a build infrastructure diminish. Plus I cannot quickly setup new VMs on my own. I really wish what I had setup at my last company.
