I used to trigger my jobs from my webpage over POST request. When I was triggering the job - Jenkins page was loaded in a separate tab with the job being launched and running. But suddenly after one of the updates page stopped loading anymore, however new tab is still opened but with no content and the job is being triggered and executed. Apparently in version 1.561 this was done on purpose to make URL more useful to API users JENKINS-13546 <https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-13546> I currently use the latest version for now - 1.578 .
Does anyone else faces similar issue? Is there any workaround to get old behavior working?
