For disaster recovery, we dont have the jenkins installation but only the JENKINS_HOME from the backup. Now need to find the Jenkins version was used. By looking at JENKINS_HOME/config.xml, looks like <version> tag the right place, however its value is undermine. I am seeing the value varies from 1.0 to the actually jenkins version ( 1.5xxx)
