When trying to start a new Linux build server I receive the follow error:

Expanded the channel window size to 4MB

java.io.IOException: SSH channel is closed. (Close requested by remote)

Can anyone tell me the possible causes and/or fixes for this error?
PS (yes, I have searched on the error and keep coming up with nothing that has
solved the problem)
