I was monitoring the CPU and memory usage of Jenkins when it runs very slow. I used the top command to do that and found out Jenkins process uses nearly 400% of CPU when it is loaded fully. Memory usage is only 20-25%. So I think memory shouldn't be a problem. I am not sure how to fix the CPU issue. We are on a 32 bit Red Hat Linux server now. Any suggestions?
