A user has reported to me that downloading an artifact of the last successful build stalls (i.e., the download doesn't complete) about 50-75% of the time. I have been unable to reproduce the problem and believe it's a problem outside of Jenkins. To be sure, though, I'm looking for a way to log information about artifact downloads.
Is there a logger I can add to Jenkins that will log artifact download information? If so, what is that logger? I'm looking for anything that would log information to help me rule out Jenkins as the problem with the artifact downloads.
