Hi I just tried with VS 2010 and CodePlex (since I dont have a TFS available) and it all seems to work as it should. Latest version of Jenkins and the plugin.
The error says that the tf tool cant connect to the server, can you ping it? Could you try any other TFS server such as a project on codeplex?
