u think their is no doubt that this problem is plugin related?

so only the plugins -folder and the installation folder (in my case 
tomcat/webapps/jenkins) must be cleaned? i guess i will get many errors on 
restarting jenkins without all the plugins? 
then i reinstall all plugins and hope that the problem is gone?
