Vladimir, Some applications requires input terminal even if they have "silent" options. This problem is quite common for both Windows and happens on poorly designed apps on *nix systems. On *nix you can easy go around this problem with e.g. expect, on Windows i had to start a JNLP slave manually to solve a similar problem. Hope this helps.
