Ryan Baxter updated JENKINS-26182 Services Are Not Persisted In Configuration Change By: Ryan Baxter (19/Dec/14 8:57 PM) Description: When you add services to bind when the app is deployed and click save they are not persisted.  The deployments seem to work as long as the app already exists and the services are bound.  But if the app does not exist the deployment fails with  an unknown error  a 400 Bad Request . Creating new app. ERROR: Unknown CloudFoundryException: 400 Bad Request Build step 'Push to Cloud Foundry' marked build as failure Finished: FAILURE
