There seems to be two bugs in your bug report.
First, the UI did not show the services configuration when you reloaded the configuration page. I was able to reproduce this and the fix will be in the next version.
Second, you are getting a 400 Bad Request that I cannot reproduce. The error message is really unhelpful here, which is my fault. The next version will display more information in case of CloudFoundryException, which might help you.
