It's kind of interesting. There are quite a lot of them on my phone (a Samsung j120). I've never scrolled through the entire list. The Talkback screen-reader seems to handle them rather well though, at least as far as SMS goes.

I tried recognizing the screen, but got no descriptions. I googled and found that there is an add-on for NVDA that will make these emoji accessible. Not having NVDA installed, I can't check.
