Dear All, I haven't found any clear statement what Xerces version is bundled with JDK 8.
Looking into the sources bundled with JDK (com/sun/org/apache/xerces/internal/impl/Version.java) I can see 'Xerces-J 2.7.1' But from e.g. these changesets http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/tl/jaxp/rev/e93beba07830 http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/2d/jaxp/rev/3b071f506ab9 Xerces sources seem to be further tweaked. Are there any plans to update Xerces in JDK8 to the most recent version?
