Java 24 removed the Security Manager, and `bin/solr` turns it off on 24+, so the expected `access denied` (from the Security Manager's `AccessControlException`) never shows up. Solr still rejects the backup through its own allowPaths check (`CreateCoreBackup` → `assertPathAllowed`). The Collections API reports that only as `Could not backup all shards`, and the specific reason goes to `solr.log`. The test now accepts either message, so it covers both kinds of JVM.
