Currently, no v2 form exists for Fetch Single Shard — only POST .../shards
(create) and DELETE .../shards/\{shard} exist; there's no read.
Proposed v2: GET /api/collections/collName/shards/shard1
Proposed response shape — the single-shard summary from "List Shards" subtask,
plus its full replica list (same shape "List Replicas" above returns), so this
is the natural drill-down from the list view:
