Fix Version/s: 10.1

Resolution: Fixed
Resolving again. Ported gradle changes to branch_10x and branch_9x. Meaning
every night we'll generate amd and arm docker images for 9.11-SNAPSHOT,
10.1-SNAPSHOT, 11.0-SNAPSHOT. Did not merge to branch_10_0 to not meddle with
the ongoing release.
