Jan Høydahl resolved SOLR-18032.
--------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: main(11.0)
       Resolution: Fixed

Merged this to main branch only so far. Let's test it out locally, and also in
CI.

I modified CI job
[https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Solr/job/Solr-Docker-Nightly-main/] adding
property {{solr.docker.platform=linux/arm64,linux/amd64}}, and forced a new
build. In theory this should give us multi platform for the [11.0.0-SNAPSHOT
tags|https://hub.docker.com/layers/apache/solr-nightly/11.0.0-SNAPSHOT/images/sha256-a69327483fba6f4361adbb187f9f045754971a1df92725d09e269becc87683a7].

> Make our gradle docker tasks support multi platform
