James: okay... I'll rename ConcurrentUpdateHttp2SolrClient to
ConcurrentUpdateBaseSolrClient, make it abstract, and add a Jetty impl.
OpenRewrite: sure, why not. Albeit, the changes, I think, are not sweeping to
a typical user of Solr. I think a typical reference type is simply SolrClient
or CloudSolrClient; what changes is the construction, typically in one spot.
