IIUC: the {{cuvs}} project has still not officially released all deps needed by
Solr's {{module/cuvs}} via a trusted maven repo.
The Solr 10.0.0 release is imminent -- it seems like we need to rip out Solr's
{{module/cuvs}} until the {{cuvs}} project is fully baked
