https://github.com/rapidsai/cuvs-lucene/pull/31, and we can upgrade once
cuvs-lucene is upgraded.

For checksum poisoning on Jenkins boxes, [~narangvivek] informed me offline
that there's a "changing=true" parameter for adding snapshot dependencies in
Gradle, and I am going to test that to see if it works.
