I don’t really mind, as you say, it will be multiple files referencing same
jira and also reflected inn HANGELOG.md under respective headings.
I did a duplicate jira id scan across 9.9.0, 9.9.1 (branch) and 10.x, mainly to
try spot typos, and from several hundred issues, four had overlap, one was a
clear duplicate bug, otheres less clear. So I comment on each jira.
