This was kinda-sorta blocked by something that finished today: SOLR-17771 
CloudSolrCient that works with HttpJdkSolrClient.  I think now is a great time 
to separate out a solrj-jetty for Solr 10.  [~jdyer] were you thinking of doing 
this?
