https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17896 https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17847 # Description With a reusable navigation tabs component we are able to avoid duplication of the navigation logic used in the tabs in each section. # Solution This PR implements a reusable component that accepts an enum and provides tab navigation options. It is based on SOLR-17847 and replaces the introduce navigation tabs there with the new component.
