Wow; ton of great work!
I'm glad to see sentences start on a new line :-). It's a little thing but an 
irritation to me.

For TOC organization, I see you have "Schema and Indexing Guide" with Indexing 
underneath that.  To me, Indexing deserves to be top level just as Query is; 
Index/Query are twins in a sense.  Schema could go underneath "Configuration 
Guide" or remain top level because it's so important.  WDYT?  _At least_ you 
put "Indexing" as a part of the name of "Schema and Indexing Guide" so I don't 
reject this new organization.
