Summary: Add thread pool, connection and per-instance panels to
the S3 Gateway Grafana dashboard

The S3 Gateway Grafana dashboard shows per API latency, request rates and data
transfer, but:
* HTTP server thread pool metrics already exposed by HttpServer2Metrics (thread
count, idle threads, max threads, queued tasks) are not displayed.
* Open connections are not displayed.
* There is no instance selector, so it is not possible to look at one S3
Gateway or compare instances.
Add these panels and an instance variable to the dashboard.
