Background & Problem
Listing active multipart uploads (`GET /bucket?uploads`) or listing uploaded
parts (`GET /bucket/key?uploadId=...`) currently requires S3G to execute
`getS3VolumeContext` before forwarding the list request to OM.
Proposed Solution
1. Update OM's `ListMultipartUploads` and `ListParts` RPC protocols to support
`assumeS3Context=true`.
2. Update `BucketEndpoint` and `ObjectEndpoint` multipart listing paths to
directly query OM without the precursory volume resolution RPC.
### Expected Impact
Saves 1 RPC round trip on MPU discovery and progress query flows.
