Chung-En Lee created HDDS-16697:
-----------------------------------

             Summary: S3G: Avoid calling getS3Volume in GET_OBJECT_TAGGING
                 Key: HDDS-16697
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16697
             Project: Apache Ozone
          Issue Type: Sub-task
            Reporter: Chung-En Lee

Background & Problem
When serving `GET /bucket/key?tagging`, S3G executes `getS3VolumeContext`
before querying OM for the object's tags via `getObjectTagging`. Because
fetching tags is a lightweight read operation, paying a 2-RPC cost (volume
resolution + tagging retrieval) introduces a 100% RPC penalty.

Proposed Solution
1. Support `assumeS3Context=true` in `OmKeyArgs` or the tagging read request
protocol.
2. In `ObjectEndpoint#get` (tagging path), eliminate the explicit
`getS3VolumeContext` call and allow OM to resolve the volume context directly
from the S3 bucket name.

Expected Impact
Reduces RPC count from 2 to 1 for `GetObjectTagging` requests.
