   [Claude Opus 5.5] The `system-tests` run has finished, and I have rerun its
two failed jobs:

   - **ubuntu-24.04 Java 25** ([job
log](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/39657269145/job/119420747426)):
 the known `StatelessBasicsIT.testChangeFlowVersion` ordering flake described
in my earlier comment. It also fails on `main`.
   - **macos-15 Java 21** ([job
log](https://github.com/apache/nifi/actions/runs/39657269145/job/119420746821)):
 every test passed, but the job reached the 2 hour job limit a few seconds
after Maven finished:

   ```
   [INFO] Tests run: 53, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 1
   [INFO] nifi-system-test-suite ............................. SUCCESS [  01:32
h]
   [INFO] BUILD SUCCESS
   [INFO] Total time:  01:36 h
   ##[error]The operation was canceled.
   ```

   This runner was slow across the board. The build step before the tests,
which runs none of this PR's code, took about 24 minutes, compared with about
15 minutes on `main`. The extra test time is spread across many classes that do
not use automatic scheduling. The other jobs in this same run took about as
long as on `main`: macos-15 Java 25 ran 1h36m (1h38m on `main`), and
ubuntu-24.04 Java 21 ran 1h28m (1h25m on `main`).
