[Faiss v1.11.0](https://github.com/facebookresearch/faiss/releases/tag/v1.11.0) was released yesterday! Updated all usages from `nightly` to this version.. Also switched the Conda distribution in the GH action from `miniconda` -> [`micromamba`](https://github.com/mamba-org/mamba?tab=readme-ov-file#micromamba), which has a permissive license (only question I have now is whether the [`pytorch` Conda channel](https://anaconda.org/pytorch/repo) is free-to-use from our GH action if merged) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
