issues only. A grrltalk proto-FAQ exists and has been shown to grrltalk
for comment, modified, and handed to Deb-who's-taking-a-break.
Another person volunteered to build and run a techtalk FAQ. We have a
potential permanent maintainer for grrltalk, whose life appears to have
eaten him.
