In light of the recent threads about female hackers and women and schooling,
etc., I thought I'd mention that March 8th is International Women's Day.
Does anyone know of any cool groups/people doing anything with regard to
women in technology in celebration of that day? It seems like it'd be the
perfect day (or week or weekend) for some linuxchix chapters to reach out to
younger women and girls in their community - maybe sponsor a box-building
day (help with installations of linux, etc) or something like that.
