LOL.  My (male) best friend in elementary school used to call me "Velma."

Actually, I'm not really offended by that.  Smart is good, and "wears short
skirts" could mean she doesn't have body image hangups and may be more fun
in bed.  Velma wasn't exactly the barbie doll type, if I remember
correctly...
