Description:
As a basic element of a neural network an MLP (multilayer perceptron) was
implemented in IGNITE-7174 and IGNITE-7322. After that there are was added a
new underlying infrastructure component - partition based dataset, which was
implemented in IGNITE-7437.
The goal of this task is to adopt MLP implementation to work on top of
partition based dataset.
