Description:
The main goal of this ticket is to refactor RU message serialization tests so
that nodes deserialize messages using different classes corresponding to their
respective versions.
We also need to revisit the existing test release registries and make them more
production-like. Ignite guarantees RU only between adjacent major releases, so
the test release versions and their corresponding feature registries should
reflect this rule.
