Description:
The main goal of this ticket is to refactor the RU message serialization tests
so that nodes deserialize messages using different classes, each corresponding
to the node's version.
We also need to revisit the existing test release registries and make them more
representative of the production setup. Ignite supports RU only between
adjacent major releases, so the test release versions and their corresponding
feature registries should reflect this rule.
