Docs-required triage: removed the Docs Required flag because the required
documentation update is already merged in PR #13460 / commit
afcd7414baa976647f96b539f7ba59413790df3a. Verified locally on current master:
docs/_docs/persistence/native-persistence-defragmentation.adoc now documents
the --defragmentation status command for Unix and Windows and keeps the
surrounding defragmentation commands in the same page. Release Notes Required
was preserved.
