Docs-required triage: removed the Docs Required flag because the merged changes
in PR #13457 and PR #13458 are a marshaller API cleanup with no separate user
documentation page to update. The local Ignite checkout was checked on current
master: the affected
org.apache.ignite.marshaller.Marshallers/MarshallersFactory APIs now carry
updated Javadoc, OptimizedMarshallerIdMapper was removed from code, and the
docs tree only mentions optimized marshalling conceptually rather than these
factory methods. Release Notes Required was preserved for release-note review.
