I agree that we must be conservative with this.
I managed to create a filter in line with what you suggested, it makes less
sense but it's enough to showcase the improvement (explaining that in
downstream projects we can have `false` too) and write a unit-test.
I will open a Calcite ticket and link the current one as "blocked by".
I will probably use the `Bug` class to keep track of this dependency and/or
write a comment in `HiveRelMdPredicates` to describe the situation.
