## Summary - Add `bin/hbase` dispatch for `.jsh` (JShellToolProvider, `--execution local`) and `.java` (JEP 330 single-file source launch), mirroring the existing `.rb` → `org.jruby.Main` path. - Pass positional args to JShell via `HBASE_JSH_ARG_N` env vars; forward args natively for `.java`. - Guard both paths with JDK version checks, make `hbase_startup.jsh` optional in script mode, and honor `HBASE_SHELL_ENGINE=newshell` to remappoint the legacy shell command. This is the replacement path for retiring the standalone JRuby scripts under `bin/`.
