Absolutely. That's a great pre-merge step.
It still feels odd to me that we're leaving this standing alone when we have
HBASE-14850 tracking the rest of the native-client stuff. If our only concern
on the FB license change is about the native-client, let's move it under that
umbrella and not tie it to any other hypothetical :)
